Privacy Policy

1. Data we process

• Club owners: name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash — nobody can read the original), and when you accepted the terms.
• Members (entered by club owners): name, avatar, sign-in password (one-way hash), address and coordinates if provided.
• Match data: meetups, matches, scores, ratings, titles and statistics.
• Club information: name, logo, description, address, slogan, highlights; the contact person's name and contact email or phone number provided by the club owner (shown on the club page).
• Technical data: sign-in session cookie and language cookie; IP address used temporarily to block repeated failed sign-ins; system error logs.
• Browser location: only when you press “Near me” or “Use my location”; used immediately to find nearby clubs / fill in an address and not stored.

2. Why we process it

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

• Creating and managing accounts, clubs, meetups and matches.
• Calculating ratings, titles and statistics.
• Showing leaderboards and match history, and helping people find nearby clubs.
• Keeping the system secure, detecting and preventing abuse, fixing errors.
• Providing support when you ask for it.

3. Legal basis and consent

Club owners consent to this policy when registering. For members' data, club owners confirm they have the member's consent (and a parent's or guardian's consent for members under 16) before entering it.

4. Who can see the data

• Public clubs: members' names, avatars, ratings, match history and titles are visible to everyone.
• Private clubs: visible only to the owner, the club's members and system administrators (signed in).
• A member's full address is shown only to that member and the club owner; others see only the province/city.
• Club owners' emails are never shown publicly.
• System administrators may access data when needed to operate, support and secure the platform; all their actions are logged.

5. Sharing with third parties

• Address search: what you type is sent through our server to the Photon service (OpenStreetMap data), without your identity.
• Maps: your browser loads map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap's servers, so that provider receives your IP address.
• Directions: pressing “Directions” opens Google Maps with the club's coordinates.
• Competent authorities: when legally required under Vietnamese law.

6. Storage and security

• Passwords are one-way hashed (bcrypt); repeated failed sign-ins are temporarily blocked.
• Access is separated: club owners manage only their own clubs; system administrator rights are checked on every action.
• Data is kept until you ask us to delete it or the club/account is deleted. System error logs are deleted periodically.

7. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have the right to:

• Be informed about the processing of your personal data.
• Give or refuse consent, and withdraw consent.
• Access, view and request correction of your data (you can edit your name, photo and address in your profile).
• Request deletion or restriction of processing; request a copy of your data; object to processing.
• Complain, report, sue and claim compensation as provided by law.

8. How to make a request

Send your request to (contact email not configured yet), stating the account or club concerned. Members may also ask their club owner to correct or delete their information. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: the sign-in session cookie and a cookie remembering your language. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page and announce it on the platform.
